I offer organizational development services for non-profit organizations and foundations, focusing on fostering relationships to create equitable, inclusive, and compassionate systems within the social impact sector. My goal is to help organizations and foundations create space for connection, reflection, and evaluation—ultimately building capacity and ensuring meaningful outcomes for their people and the communities they serve.

With over 20 years of direct experience in community-based non-profits and foundations, I have gained an understanding of both the passion and challenges that shape the sector. My work with social impact leaders, boards of directors, and public partners spans a range of organizational development and engagement activities. I specialize in supporting organizations in their start-up and growth stages, helping them strengthen systems and lay a solid foundation for sustainable success.
